Our Classes have the perfect mix of Load and Intensity to make the most of your training at #SmashPT. Our group weights sessions are strength focused with higher loads, Flip that focus and we have our circuit sessions that target the desired intensity required to get maximum results.
Our private training services offer individuals the chance to train "One on One" with one of our trainers, The whole focus is on the individual or small group ensuring they get the maximum benefits from each session. The programming is individually tailored to their training goals, there is no blanket programming at #SmashPT!!!
