Group Classes:

 

Smash Physical Training offers 2 types of group sessions that provide you the perfect mix of intensity and load.

 

 

Group Circuits:

SmashPT's group circuit sessions are fast and furious!! Our coaches carefully select the sessions and exercises so that no two sessions are the same. Whether you are an elite level athlete or a beginner  these sessions will work you hard and push you further than you have been before!!

Group Weights:

This is the opportunity to get yourself stronger and work with heavier loads and sessions are broken down into upper & lower so no stone is left unturned. You will be broken down into smaller groups of similar abilities and pushed by your peers!!
