What is Small Group Personal Training?
You'll be in a group of people who may have different abilities but will share the same goal: getting stronger and fitter.
Our groups complete a structured programme in each session, they are designed to make sure you're focussing on all the main elements of Strength and Fitness.
While there will be other people in the group, the workout is tailored to your ability and level. We have everyone from beginner athletes to seasoned veterans who workout together. We tailor the workout to suit each person.
What is 1:1 Personal Training?
This is for those who would like to have a 1 on 1 experience where one of our coaches will work with just you to build a programme that will help you get to your goals.
It will start with a consultation to get to know you, find out what's important. After we know exactly what you're looking for, we'll match you with a Coach who will be able to help.
We have Coaches who work with all kinds of people, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Functional Fitness and Weight Loss.
